Patients are seen on an appointment basis only, so
please call in advance to reserve a time that works for
you. We work hard to be available and on time for you,
so if for any reason you need to reschedule your
appointment, we ask that you contact the office at least
48 hours in advance. This allows us to fill the time with
other patients who need to see us quickly.
Fees and Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. Patients paying
with cash or a check at the time of the appointment will
receive a 5% discount.
We also accept VISA and MasterCard.
Excelsior Family Dental works with most insurance
companies. We’ll be happy to file your claim for you,
with the understanding that you will be responsible for
payment for the services we provided. Your insurance
co-pay will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment plans are available for special circumstances.
